The Foundation of Accurate Pricing: Understanding Costs

Hello Reader,

Welcome back to our Pricing Mastery Series! Today, we'll dive into the first essential step of pricing your fashion pieces: understanding your costs.

To accurately price your outfits, you need a CLEAR grasp of your production costs. This includes materials, labor, overhead, and any other expenses related to creating your fashion pieces. In our upcoming emails, we'll cover each of these aspects in detail.

To get started, make a list of all the expenses associated with your production process.

Don't forget to account for indirect costs like rent, utilities - electricity, cleaning, internet expenses (data costs) and marketing expenses. Once you have a comprehensive list, we can move on to the next step.

Here is an article to read to prepare for next week's email.

Hit REPLY to ask me any questions about listing your expenses or give feedback on the series!

Stay tuned for our next email, where we'll discuss calculating material costs.
